Who Is Eligible To Apply? High school seniors attending secondary school in participating bottler
territories are eligible to apply. Applicants must be U. S. Citizens; U. S. Nationals; Permanent Residents;
Temporary Residents (legalization program); Refugees; Asylees; Cuban-Haitian Entrants; or Humanitarian
Parolees; and must be current, full-time secondary school students. Applicants must anticipate graduation
from secondary school during the academic year in which application is made and must be planning to
pursue a degree at an accredited U. S. postsecondary institution.
Application Process? To apply, students may obtain applications from school guidance counselors or by
sending a self-addressed, stamped envelope to:
